Works exactly as advertised! I could see the dead-skin literally shed off my body. I didn't have to scrub very hard, so no pain. Slight skin irritation, but that's because you are just literally taking off the dead-skin cells. Price is well for this product! I would definitely buy it again!

Exfoliates the same as other exfoliating products. Does what it’s supposed to do, but nothing miraculous.

This really isn’t the most incredible product in the world. It does what it says it’s going to do, but I thought it would be way more effective based on other people‘s reviews. It will absolutely help exfoliate your skin, but unless you naturally have a lot of dry skin and don’t take care of your skin at all, it will not really take off all that much!

These work great for me! I love when the dead skin comes off and I can see it on the mitt. It is so satisfying and makes me feel soft and exfoliated afterwards. I also like that you can wash it.

The first time I bought this, I was appalled and excited at how much dry skin was coming off my body. I used for many uses, washing in washing machine after each use, and it was super easy to use and left my skin feeling soft. Second one I bought, I didn’t have that same appalling effect but maybe because I didn’t have as much dry, dead skin. Works great as an exfoliator and if you haven’t done something like this recently, you may be just as excited/grossed out as I was the first time lol

Ordering again!This is actually one of the best exfoliating gloves. I’ve tried many but they’re either too soft or don’t hold on to the soap well. I feel like I’m 3 shades lighter after using it. At first I thought it was too big for my hand but it shrunk to the perfect size after being under hot water. I have super sensitive skin and will break out if I look at things the wrong way. This glove did not lose its dye like other products do. It’s also very quick to dry which is great to avoid bacteria from growing! Definitely recommend

This is the best exfoliating item I’ve found. I just take a normal shower first, I don’t do anything extra to “soften” or prepare my skin first. It works extremely well and does not leave me feeling abused by the harsh texture. Everyone is getting these as gifts for Christmas!

Ok...so I realize it's odd to like an exfoliating mitt, but I really like this one. We're coming on to the winter months and my skin tends to get dry. I don't use this mitt every time I shower but often enough. It is as nice now as when I purchased it (several months ago). If you are someone who puts anything on their skin to artificially tan, this would be a great mitt to remove dead skin prior to that application. The mitt has a wide elastic band for around the wrist area to help you keep it on your hand while you exfoliate. There is enough room in the mitt to spread out your fingers so you can cover a larger area too. I give this mitt two thumbs up.

So, I got this to exfoliate before doing my home IPL treatments - I've been a fan of sugar scrubs and AHA/BHA scrubs, but they can be a little harsh with IPL.This mitt is easily the best exfoliation. Hands down. You can *see* it happening, but also, I have never felt softer and smoother. I have some acne on my shoulders and KP on my arms and this has helped both issues immensely. I use it on my legs pre-shave for IPL and it gets a closer shave. I've done both the deep exfoliation (soak in shower for ~10-15 min and then scrub) and a quick one. Both are effective, though the deep exfoliation is so satisfying.The mitt itself is generously sized, and I say that as a woman with large hands (I usually wear a size L in disposable or winter gloves).

I was quite unimpressed using this mitt but the results the next day were astounding. I have normal decent skin. I used it with a sugar scrub and a body wash. For the past few days the skin on my legs has felt smooth as glass. For that reason, I highly recommend it.My arms did not fare as well. The coarseness took off a little too much skin leaving my arms peeling in a few places. Clearly a lighter touch for more sensitive skin is necessary.That said, I bought only one. I just ordered another. I ended up have to switch the mitt from one hand to the next to do opposite shoulders and upper arms. It fits tightly but changing it in the shower ended up in it getting wet inside. It took over 24 hours hanging before it finally dried out. I also had to turn it inside out. It wouldn’t have been a problem if I had started off with two mitts.I highly recommend these mitts for legs.

I bought this about a year ago so I feel like I’ve had enough time to write a full review. I use a loofah in the shower and also a body brush periodically so I didn’t have as much dead skin come off as some other reviewers. I think if I didn’t use the body brush then I would replace it with this product as they seem like similar exfoliation products. I would soap up with the loofah, do the rest of my shower routine, then use this at the end of my shower. One time I did have a good amount come off, but I’d been doing yard work. The main thing I didn't like is the awful smell after using it a few times. I realized it’s because it’s viscose and that material retains smells. I would rinse it, squeeze it, and hang it to dry on a hook in the shower. If I had a do-over I would keep it outside of the shower and then put it in the shower when I plan to use it. Once I realized where the smell was coming from I washed it in the washing machine on cold with my laundry and hung it to dry. It didn’t shrink or anything, and the smell seemed to be mostly gone. I used it in the shower again and immediately the smell was back once it got wet but more faint. I’m glad I tried it, but for me it’s not a favorite product that I’ll buy again.

I've only used it twice so far, but I LOVE it! I didn't know it until now, but this is what I've been needing for years!For over 10 years I have struggled with bumps on my legs and arms - they don't cause me discomfort, I just didn't like the feel and appearance of them. My doctor told me they're not a health risk and are somewhat common, and to use a kind of lotion every day that has a specific acid in it to help breakdown the bumps. But I didn't like the lotion and it didn't work well for me. THIS exfoliating glove works for me!I've used brushes for years because loofahs don't give me the kind of scrub I want, but they never solved the bump problem. This did. My skin feels so incredibly smooth and clean. I follow up with a good lotion after the shower and I feel great.I have somewhat sensitive skin, so it did make my skin a little red in the shower, but it went away by the time I was done putting lotion on.The first time I used this, I wasn't in the shower long enough and I didn't scrub hard enough, so it wasn't as good of a result. But the second time I made sure to have a longer shower and scrub harder. That gave me the result I wanted, which also caused the skin peels you can see in some people's photos. It didn't hurt, just felt like a good scrub. I think if it hurts you, you might need to be in the hot shower a bit longer and be a little more gentle.Since I've only used it twice, I'm not sure about the longevity of the product, but so far it's been easy to clean and dry between uses and is in good shape. Very easy to take on trips, too, because it's so small.If you have large hands, you might want to look for one that says it's larger than this one. I wear medium size gloves comfortably and can squeeze into small gloves. This product fit my hands pretty well - a bit snug when wet (it shrinks when wet). But in my opinion it's good to be a little snug and not loose, because it's a bit rough inside the glove. There is no different layer of fabric between the exfoliating textured fabric and your hand. Being snug helps prevent scrubbing your hands inside it.So, to sum up:I like this product so far, it works for me, and I plan to continue to use it until it wears out.
