Mouth Tape for Sleeping

This tape is the only thing that has worked so far to protect the back of my foot from my high heels rubbing. They come in a resealable package and there is a lot in there. The patches are really sticky and stays put till the end of the day without leaving any residue behind. I also like that it’s flexible and forms to that weird shape of my achilles tendon.

This tape is awesome! I love the perforated baking so it’s easy to remove the backing. It’s sticky and they are precut strips. They are really stretchy so they will cover more area than they are cut to. Definitely recommend!

Update: the tape is possessed, has a mind of its own. Works when it wants to - some times it doesnt work in protest - demanding minimum wage.OR:I am a deep snorer; one of the neighbors complained that I had my lawn mower on at 2am.Comparison for a night I did not use the patch to when I did. I was loudest at 84db, which is like standing next to a blender. Sustained 84db for 8-9hrs can actually result in hearing issues. Fortunately, I only have selective hearing issues, usually when my family talks.It dropped down to 57db, which is like hearing your coworkers gossip about you in the pantry - you don’t like what they are saying but you want to know what they have to say.Number of episodes went down from 73 to 20, heavy episodes from 46 to 7, while 7 sustained episodes (including 3 over 20 minutes each) dropped down to 0. There were 3925 signals, which dropped down to 28, which the snore time went down from 183min to 1min.So, on the plus side this tape did help with my snoring. My family says that only if they knew, they would have tried duct tape earlier. Well, one should have known - half the problems in the world happens because one doesn’t keep their mouth shut. I do wake up less tired.Whoever made this should be sued - I spent so many years without this, causing mental stress, emotional distress and errr (my lawyer can think of some more). They could have made this earlier! Perhaps also sue Amazon for not putting it up for sale sooner. Live the American dream - sue, make a lawyer richer, but be poorer yourself.I have heard some say that it hurts the lip edges when you remove the tape but that hasn’t happened for me. I hold my lips in, put the tape on and let the lips go, expanding the tape. Try it out - if it hurts, some people told you so; if it doesn’t, I told you so.

It’s not exactly pain free removal. The tape is really strong and it does take a little bit of effort to come off. It’s not terrible though.

People say pain free so freely these days, but in this instance it actually is Pain Free premium tape. Bonus features, is that it is hypoallergenic, latex free and so gently on my sensitive skin. I use it mostly on the back of my ankle/foot area. All my shoes rub right there and cause it to hurt deeply after working all day. With these I use it to clover that area, it lasts all day and there is no residual stickiness. Peals off pain free. Size is generous and stretches. Recommend!

Low quality tape…Some of the material & adhesive came off on my face.

This mouth tape really does the job. It’s breathable, comfortable all night long, but it leaves residual black adhesive specks that needs to be SCRUBBED off the next morning.That’s the major downside.

I love this mouth tape especially because it’s gentle and doesn’t rip my lips off in the morning. I have been using them for a few weeks now and enjoy sleeping with it on. It keeps my mouth closed so I’m not waking up with a dry mouth anymore and also I feel like it has even helped with breathing through my nose. I know there are many more benefits to mouth taping so I’m excited to continue using them. They are sticky enough to cover your mouth but gentle enough when removing it as well. No residue is left like some of the others out there! Very stretchy as well! It seems like they would fit anyone

I've tried a few different mouth tapes and this one is the clear winner on the two things that actually matter: adhesion and comfort. It stays on through the night without fail and feels genuinely comfortable on the skin, which sounds basic but most tapes in this category get at least one of those wrong.One thing worth noting for anyone with facial hair: removal in the morning is not the most pleasant experience. It's not painful but it's not nothing either. Manageable, but worth knowing going in.The four stars instead of five comes down entirely to price. This is an expensive product for what it is, and while it earns its place as the best option I've found, I'm not fully convinced the gap in quality over cheaper alternatives justifies the gap in price.

Not for extra sensitive skin. The size is great, they definitely get the job done. However, after two nights of use I had large red blotches on my face from irritation that took days to clear up.

Been using this for a while now but it does leave some residue in the morning. It works though, just wash your face every morning and you should be good to go.

I gave a 5 star however, I want to give a heads up. Realllllly stays on until remove. Is long/wide enough to not have "leaks" for any air. However, I know is unfair for me to mention is too sticky 'cause in the morning to remove it, have to go very very slow, and some sticky residue will stick on ur skin, and you'll have to use things like tweezer, or something oily like jojoba oil to remove it all. So if you want something that's heavy duty, and long/wide enough, this is it!

Overall, I like the feel of these and the breathability. My only complaint is that they do leave sticky residue on my face each morning. Sometimes it’s hard to get it all off with one face wash.

My husband uses it, he's pleased with it. The only thing if you have soft skin, becareful it will pull some of the skin off your face. It leaves little black balls of glue on the face.

I use it to cover my mouth at night because of a tendency toward sleep apnea. It works well and adheres fairly strongly. Just be careful when removing it. You can take some skin off your lip as well.

But when it was time to take it off, it just... came off. No fight. No pain. It left a little sticky residue, but that came off easily with soap and gentle scrubbing—a tiny price to pay for not yanking my skin into another dimension. My skin was just... my skin.It holds perfectly well, but it doesn't form some unholy, permanent bond with your epidermis. It's soft, it's gentle, and it didn't make my skin itch or complain at all.This is it. This is the one. My search for a tape that doesn't require a motivational speech and a stiff drink to remove is finally over. 5 stars, would gladly (and painlessly) remove again.
