Amazing hair growth cap.Little shy on this one but I was on deep search for a Laser cap to help with hair growth due to alopecia, the cap does produce light heat when wearing which is part of the process but it does have multiple different options and settings a little too early to tell the difference but I used this in conjunction with oils, and pills and other topical solutions to promote and help hair growth. It fits perfectly on an adult head. Great coverage and doesn’t let the light leak. Let’s see if it thickens my hair ! It’s good material and easy to turn on.

This LED IR light therapy hat is pretty nice! The lights are really bright and offer 3 different modes of therapy. The first mode is "normal" which consist of IR red light therapy. The second mode is 10hz pulse mode which consist of the red lights flashing at a certain pulse rate and the third mode is 40 hz pulse mode which again is a certain pulse rate at which the lights flash. I really can't speak to the difference in terms of results as I. believe it would take medical testing before and after to really show or prove results and the differences of effectiveness between modes.Moving beyond that, I do have experience with red light therapy which is why I ultimately decided to order this treatment hat. I've seen how effective red light and IR light can be for my complexion and skin tone across my entire body so, I'm confident and excited to see what it can do for my scalp and hair growth. I ordered it as a preventative measure to help thicken up my hair growth at the root level. That being said, I haven't noticed result yet but, its only been almost 3 weeks of consistent use. (which is too early to really notice results for hair growth in my opinion- will plan to update my review after a few months of use)That being said the hat is really easy to use. It's effortless to toggle between modes. When wearing the hat the light doesn't leak out around the edges in a way that reflects on my phone when reading or bother those around me. The hat can get a little warm during use but, it's very tolerable. The hat is relatively comfortable to wear. It only takes a few minutes out of my day or evening to wear and it doesn't impact my ability to still work or do something while wearing the hat. Since the hat needs to be connected to an outlet or power bank I do need to have a charged power bank handy or be close to an outlet to utilize the hat but, thats really manageable given each session is only about 10 minutes long.My singular complaint would have to be the fit. There doesn't have a ton of flexibility in the fit. The hat is one size fits all. I do have a smaller head and I find the hat to be a little big on my head. It slides around freely every time I move. It's not like it's falling over my eyes every time I move but, it does need to be adjusted every few minutes.I also wish the hat was rechargeable. I cannot seem to use the hat without it being plugged in. The cord is conveniently long but, it's counter productive to the fit issue as the cord can weigh on the hat in a way that moves the hat around when especially if I simply turn my head in any capacity. For reference the cord is not permanently attached to the hat it actually attaches through a USB C port under the power button.Overall, I am very happy with this IR light therapy hat and am excited to see how well it works for my scalp and hair. It's definitely a quality product and I would happily recommend it. I would also love to see improvements with the fit and a rechargeable feature but, all in all I am very happy with this and would absolutely happily recommend it. It's well worth it.
